DIY Home Renovations
In June of 2021, I decided to take the leap and buy my own investment property after learning the ropes as a property manager. I'm the kind of person who loves getting my hands dirty, so learning many new construction crafts was (and still is) such a blast.

My home was built in 1910 and hadn't been renovated for the last 40 years. With the help of my friends and family....

The kitchen required fully gutting the cabinets and tearing out a closet before adding new everything. While I haven't had much of the experience required to do this flip before, Youtube became my best friend. With the help of friends and family, we managed to complete this kitchen without needing to hire a contractor.

This office went from a basic closet to a fully functional office.

Though the basic structure of this bathroom remains unchanged, everything else is brand new: plumbing, floors, paint, hardware, shower surround, and, of course, decor, giving the space a completely rejuvenated feel.
