As a department head, I always have to be thinking of the big picture, also known as thinking proactively AND reactively. This includes planning and strategizing tactics that push the organization forward while still fulfilling random requests from departments.
To do this, I had to create parameters allowing our marketing to be creative and productive while maintaining a process that matures the department to better serve the organization. Ultimately making sure our departmental goals were aligned with the organization's strategy and financial goals while enabling the whole team to test, learn, and achieve success.

Since 2009, their best-in-class customer support has set them apart from their competitors, with response and resolution times that exceed industry standards. However, despite its stellar customer support, its branding had become outdated and no longer reflected its true values and offerings. To keep up with the times, the company decided to undertake a rebranding exercise with a new visual identity, messaging, and website.
